GX-JZ series toughened glass Heat Soak Furnace is an auxiliary device for production of toughened glass, after being toughened, the toughened glass will be put into a homogenizing furnace for an even stress distribution to improve the qualtity of the glass and prevent it form self-explosion.

Structure and technical requirements:
1. Furnace inside max size: 6000*2500*2800(L*W*H)mm, can design the furance size according to customer's requirements
2. Glass max weight 2-4T
3. Furnace inside wall is stainless wall.
4. Use industrial computer to show each department temperature and heating power's shape and curve, has a printer to printing the content on screen.
